      <li>All project communication must be via registered email with the project manager.</li>
      <li>Delays in client feedback, content, or payment may affect timelines.</li>
      <li>Each project phase requires 100% advance payment before proceeding.</li>
      <li>Timeline is dependent on approvals, client input, and third-party service delays.</li>
      <li>Additional third-party services will require separate approval and may increase time & cost.</li>
      <li>Project credentials must be shared via the registered email and support mail.</li>
      <li>Post-deployment bugs within project scope are included; server/third-party issues are not.</li>
      <li>Contracts may be terminated via formal request; overdue payments halt service.</li>
      <li>Domain, server, and third-party costs are excluded from project price.</li>
      <li>Free bug support is valid for 3 months post-deployment; AMC applies thereafter.</li>
      <li>AMC is 30% of project cost (covers bug fixes, excludes upgrades or enhancements).</li>
      <li>Source code is chargeable; further fixes post-handover require a new quote.</li>
      <li>No refunds once the development phase begins.</li>
      <li>Client must ensure secure access, hosting, and third-party credentials.</li>
      <li>Post-deployment security support (VAPT, Red Team) is chargeable.</li>
      <li>Compliance with data laws (e.g. GDPR, CCPA) is client’s responsibility.</li>
      <li>This is an MVP agreement; scalability and migration require separate scope and quote.</li>
    </ul>

    <p class="mt-5"><strong>ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITIONS</strong><br>
    The placing of an order confirms acceptance of the above-mentioned terms and conditions. Conditions conflicting with ours will be void.</p>
